Key Responsibilities for the Service Desk Team Leader/Service Delivery Manager:
Assist with technical support within the team, working closely with 1st/2nd line tickets and escalating where needed
Manage the service desk team
Progressing tickets, chasing stale ticket chains
Ensure good communication with both customers and staff
Meet and exceed SLAs (internal and external)
Assist with maintaining the relevant documentation across clients
Skills Required for the Service Desk Team Leader/Service Delivery Manager:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional customer service skills and engagement
Working in a pressurized environment, handling multiple incoming requests, priorities and requirements.
Minimum 2 years working within a MSP
Clear and focused attention to detail
Experience of working with Network technologies (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Wifi)
Experience of working with Microsoft technologies (AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, NPS)
Experience in Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Office 365, Entra)
You must be within a 45 minute commute from Shoreham-By-Sea.
