Our client has an outstanding opportunity for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their leading IT organisation based near Fareham. You will be joining an ever growing and progressive Helpdesk providing support to a wide range of business customers.

Key Responsibilities for the 1st Line Support Technician

  • Answering 1st line support cases and logging them on the helpdesk system.
  • Providing the highest levels of customer service.
  • Troubleshooting IT issues and escalating as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation. 

Key Experience for the 1st Line Support Technician

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in a 1st line position.
  • Competent at using Active Directory.
  • Competent at using and troubleshooting Office 365 including OneDrive & SharePoint.
  • Windows Server and Windows 10 troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised.
