Our client has an outstanding opportunity for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their leading IT organisation based near Fareham. You will be joining an ever growing and progressive Helpdesk providing support to a wide range of business customers.
Key Responsibilities for the 1st Line Support Technician
- Answering 1st line support cases and logging them on the helpdesk system.
- Providing the highest levels of customer service.
- Troubleshooting IT issues and escalating as required.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Experience for the 1st Line Support Technician
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in a 1st line position.
- Competent at using Active Directory.
- Competent at using and troubleshooting Office 365 including OneDrive & SharePoint.
- Windows Server and Windows 10 troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised.
