The successful Digital Learning Design and Implementation Specialist will have hands-on experience of LMS implementations, as well as designing and developing using online technology-based learning solutions.
Key responsibilities for the Digital Learning Design and Implementation Specialist
- Formulate and deliver a successful LMS implementation plan with the Digital Learning Manager that fits our clients strategic requirements
- Input into the design and draft of a Learning Marketing Plan
- Upload learning into the system, upgrading content, where necessary
- Design bite-sized E-learning content in partnership with subject matter experts
- Assist with the curation of external audience-appropriate digital learning
- Assist with day-day management of the LMS to ensure efficient user functionality
- Knowledge of LMS platforms (Totara and Moodle preferred)
- Experienced in the use of industry e-learning content standards and digital learning methodologies (eg SCORM, xAPI)
- Experience with survey platforms and analysis tools
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft 365 office programs
