We are currently recruiting a Head of Solution Architecture for our client in the Financial Industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the IT Solution Architecture teams and take charge of the development, establishment, and managing the IT application solution architecture for the organisation.
You will be able to form strong relationships with key stakeholders across group operations and the enterprise architecture team. You will have a keen ability to find solutions, set best practices and architecture governance frameworks across the business.
The role can be based in Surrey and is offered on a hybrid basis of 2 days per week or when needed. Occasional adhoc travel to other offices may be requested.
Responsibilities of the Head of Solution Architecture:
- Lead the IT Solution Architecture team, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategy
- Lead and manage architecture practice, strategy, design, development and governance
- Help to deliver IT projects and enhancements successfully, on time and to budget
- Manage resourcing across the project portfolio
- Advise the company’s senior leadership team of potential problems or barriers to success, and assist in resolving or avoiding them
- Manage and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
