Key responsibilities for the HR Manager:
- Supporting with the Recruitment across the company
- Leading the employee engagement
- Onboarding new staff members at a senior level and defining onboarding procedures
- Ensuring all policies are correct and up to date
- General payroll duties and sign off including for the Bulgaria office
- Employee Relations including escalations
- HR Operations
- Must have experience in a technology company is essential
- Strong HR experience is essential, ideally with CIPD Level 7
- Demonstrable experience being adaptable in an ever changing environment
- HR generalist experience
