We are working closely with an established and growing Tech Hub based near Covent Garden, London. They are looking to recruit a HR Manager to join them on a 1 year FTC. This will be a hybrid role with the expectation of office visits 2/3days per week. 

Key responsibilities for the HR Manager: 
  • Supporting with the Recruitment across the company 
  • Leading the employee engagement 
  • Onboarding new staff members at a senior level and defining onboarding procedures
  • Ensuring all policies are correct and up to date
  • General payroll duties and sign off including for the Bulgaria office 
  • Employee Relations including escalations
  • HR Operations 
  •  
Key skills for the HR Director:
  • Must have experience in a technology company is essential 
  • Strong HR experience is essential, ideally with CIPD Level 7
  • Demonstrable experience being adaptable in an ever changing environment 
  • HR generalist experience
