Are you an Office 365 expert with experience of being the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders? Do you have previous experience within a Product Owner or similar role?
We have an opportunity with our unique not-for-profit client who are looking for an Office 365 Product Owner to join them on a 6 month contract to champion the development and deployment of the Office 365 suite focusing on user-centric design.
The role is based in Kent and is offered with a hybrid working model of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home per week.
Key responsibilities of the Office 365 Product Owner
Understand unique departmental needs by working cooperatively with various internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap, manage the backlog, and prioritise needs based on user benefit and company strategy.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring user-friendly solution delivery.
Ensure the product complies with organisation's security, governance, and compliance protocols.
Monitor and evaluate Office 365 updates to analyse their impact and potential benefits, implementing necessary adjustments to promote user adoption.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote end-user adoption and success of the product.
Provide comprehensive technical guidance, user training, and support to ensure maximum productivity with Office 365 suite.
Identify usage patterns, analyse user feedback, and establish key performance indicators to measure and improve user engagement.
Present regular updates to the senior management about product status, user adoption levels, and future initiatives.
