Key responsibilities for the PMO Analyst:
- Supporting the PMO Lead to deliver across selected activities including, Governance, Risk management, Programme Reporting, Resource optimisation
- Working closely with the PMO Lead to engage with stakeholders across the programme
- Preparing packs for Governance Forums and documenting meeting minutes
- Managing change request updates and reports
- Work collaboratively with the wider Transformation team to deliver outstanding business value
Key Skills for the PMO Analyst:
- Previous experience working in project support or PMO
- Strong understanding of the PMO capabilities mentioned above
- Knowledge of Agile tooling, Jira and Confluence
- Experience working on a change programme, ideally on a large scale
