Are you looking for a new position? An opportunity has become available to join an industry leading financial services company as their new PMO Analyst on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working with the expectation to be in the office only 1 day per week. Our Client is currently undergoing an extremely large transformation and are re-platforming all their IT systems on a global scale.

Key responsibilities for the PMO Analyst:
  • Supporting the PMO Lead to deliver across selected activities including, Governance, Risk management, Programme Reporting, Resource optimisation
  • Working closely with the PMO Lead to engage with stakeholders across the programme
  • Preparing packs for Governance Forums and documenting meeting minutes
  • Managing change request updates and reports
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Transformation team to deliver outstanding business value

Key Skills for the PMO Analyst:
  • Previous experience working in project support or PMO
  • Strong understanding of the PMO capabilities mentioned above
  • Knowledge of Agile tooling, Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working on a change programme, ideally on a large scale
