Our client, a reputable and fast growing financial services company, is currently seeking an established Project Manager to join their growing Business and Technology Support team. This individual will play a critical part to deliver a number of project/programme workstreams within the Financial Services sector, specifically in the regulatory and process improvement space.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
  • Confidently understand, execute and Lead on multiple projects within Waterfall and Prince 2 methodologies.
  • Able to liaise/communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as SME for the business operations within IT projects
  • Demonstrate the management of crucial documentation including risk/issues to ensure deadlines are maintained.
  • Successfully supporting/achieving business strategies whilst maintaining business wide benefits through various changes.
Experience required for the Project Manager:
  • Regulatory/Compliance change management experience
  • Process re-engineering and business improvement focus
  • Risk/Change Management.
  • Project Leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Services Market.
  • Waterfall and Prince 2
  • Excellent communicational skills both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter individual.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads.
