We are seeking a Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager to join our client’s team on a full-time permanent basis. The Sales Manager will be driving the sales team to hit targets and show passion as a leader with B2B solution selling. The Sales Manager will be working 5 days in the office, working within commercial land solutions OR car parking solutions.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Manager:
Hold 121s with the sales team members to understand bottlenecks, and monitor new business prospects as well as activity.
Provide coaching and mentorship to help refine each consultant.
Develop and train the team to achieve and exceed onset KPIs.
Work with the commercial leadership team to solve challenges and make recommendations on processes.
Work with other department heads to ensure a smooth client experience and accelerate the sales cycle.
Support the team in closing client proposals and coaching around challenges that can arise with the sales team.
Skills Required for the Sales Manager:
Previous experience working within Commercial Land Solutions or Car Parking Solutions
Previous experience within a Sales Manager role or similar, leading and/or managing a mixed sales team of 10+.
Previous experience in B2B sales, with infrastructure solutions or land investment/partnership sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build relationships and network with clients.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience working with HubSpot CRM or Salesforce
