We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Support Consultant to join our clients forward thinking IT team. The role of Dynamics 365 Support Consultant will be responsible for being the 1st point of contact for the business application teams and provide valuable project support developers/consultants. Alongside D365, this Support Consultant will also be troubleshooting and supporting the PowerPlatform applications.
Key Responsibilities for the Dynamics 365 Support Consultant:
1st point of contact for external customers and prospective new business.
Provide assistance fielding support tickets by reviewing, assessing, and allocating tasks through the service desk
Supply project support to consultants and developers on Dynamics365, PowerPlatform, and Sharepoint.
Recognise and develop opportunities for new and existing customers.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Experience for the Dynamics 365 Consultant:
Understanding of core Microsoft products
Knowledge on Dynamics365 and PowerPlatform, as an end user or in a support setting.
Professional manner
Analytical and creative thinking to help solve customers’ queries.
Be independent but have the ability to work as a team as well.
