Our client, a specialist within energy data, is looking for an Administrator to join their ever growing team. The role of the Administrator will be to support on licensing, data management, and training.
What the Administrator will be doing:
- Be the first port of call for all customer inquiries, whether its face-to-face, over email or the phone.
- Update and maintain documentation.
- Assist with setting up company events.
- Help with the Health & Safety committee.
- Provide support on licensing and training for engineers.
- Making sure policies and procedures are adhered by at all times.
What you can offer to the Administrator role:
- 1+ years administrative or data entry experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good IT skills and basic working knowledge on Microsoft Office.
- Great organisational and time management skills.
- Logical thinker.
