Terms of Referring a Friend

• You can't refer yourself - sorry!

• Referees/candidates must be over the age of 18 years old and eligible to work in the UK.

• The scheme will only apply if we have not been in contact with the referee/candidate within the past 12 months prior to the referral and they are not already in our internal database.

• The referee/candidate must have completed a qualifying period of at least 3 months from the start date of the role.

• No cash alternatives are available.

• The scheme only applies to vacancies advertised by Clearwater People Solutions Ltd.

• Clearwater People Solutions Ltd will hold the final decision if a dispute with the scheme occurs.

• By using this scheme, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.
