Social Responsibility
Clearwater's social responsibility reflects its commitment to making a positive impact on society, adopting sustainable practises, engaging in community initiatives through supporting local charities (such as Crawley Open House and Nobel Matters) and encouraging our employees to volunteer their time and skills. By fostering a strong sense of social responsibility, we demonstrate the value of the wellbeing of the community.
In 2025, Clearwater proudly participated in a 9-hour relay cycle-a-thon in support of Noble Matters, successfully raising £667—enough to provide 250 free school meals for children experiencing hunger and poverty across West Sussex. Additionally, our Managing Director, Delivery Director, and Office Manager attended a local job fair, engaging with jobseekers to offer career guidance and share employment opportunities.

Environmental Sustainability
By implementing practises such as reducing paper usage through digital documentation, implementing recycling programmes and encouraging employees to use reuseable containers can significantly decrease waste. Additionally, promoting energy efficiency by utilising LED lighting and encouraging carpooling or public transportation aims to lower Clearwater's carbon footprint. These incremental changes, while seeming minor, collectively contribute to a more sustainable future, showcasing Clearwater's commitment to protecting the environment and inspiring employees to adopt eco-friendly habits in their personal lives as well.
