We are proud to collaborate with a well-established membership services company in their search for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Agent. This exciting opportunity is available on a 6 month temporary basis paying £14PH. 
This role is a 35 hour working week and shifts will fall Mon-Sun 8am-9pm. (role is based on site 5 days per week)
You must have a professional level (speaking, reading & writing) in either Spanish, French, German or Italian. 

Key Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service Agent:
Answering incoming calls from the members to assist with any emergency breakdowns. 
- Making outbound calls to European 3rd party companies to arrange breakdown recovery 
- Creating Clear assistance plans 
- Showing compassion and empathy 

Key Skills for the Bilingual Customer Service Agent: 
- It is essential you are fluent (written & spoken) in either Spanish, French, German or Italian
- Customer Service Experience 
- Ability to get to site 5 days per week
