Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, demonstrating how our solutions can benefit target customers and partners.
- Successfully prospect and engage with potential clients, while cross-selling products to existing customers.
- Craft and present compelling proposals to potential and current clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales performance targets (KPI) for software solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to share sales strategies, support others in prospecting, and help generate warm introductions within our customer base.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing across our network of national offices.
- Demonstrable success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record in outbound sales and the ability to generate new business.
- Experience in selling and demonstrating the benefits of software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and engaging manner.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
- Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers.
- Comfortable working independently, as well as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
