We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative skills.
Initially, you will be based full-time in onsite in West Malling for training, with the option for hybrid working afterward.
What You’ll Do as the Customer Service Representative:
Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Communicate with customers via email and phone
Support and administer bespoke programs
Promote their products and services
