As an Onsite Desktop Support Engineer, you'll be working closely with various IT delivery teams to meet both current and future business requirements.
Key Responsibilities for the Desktop Support Engineer:
- onsite end-user support, acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff.
- basic training on computer operation and management when necessary.
- desktop standards, knowledge base, and system documentation.
- as an escalation point of contact for service downtime, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- test, and deploy system and application updates/patches.

Key skills for the Desktop Support Engineer:
- years of experience in IT Deskside/Desktop support.
- in MS365, Azure Cloud services, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows.
- with helpdesk ticketing systems and ideally ITIL and MCSE qualified.
- customer service orientation and communication skills.
- to problem-solve complex issues and operate under own initiative.
