This is a fantastic opportunity for the EHS Manager to oversee all environmental, health safety and facility strategy and operations across the UK branch.
Responsibilities for the EHS Manager –
- Evaluating, planning, co-ordinating, and control of environmental, health and safety legislations end-to-end.
- Ensuring compliance and developing the EHSS strategy, managing and continuously improving the Health and Safety Management system.
- Acting as primary contact for all environmental, health, safety, and security aspects of the UK site as well as overseeing and supporting the facilities team.
- Leading the team in driving continuous improvement, process, and control initiatives.
- Overseeing hazard identification, risk assessment, accident and near miss investigations, fire management and training.
- Monitoring EHSS legislations and delivering this into the company to ensure compliance and provide safety and security to all employees.
- Up to date on all EHS Legislations
- Proven in delivering EHS Strategy and projects
- NEBOSH and IEMA Certificate level minimal
- COSH and IOSH preferred
- Facilities Management experience
- Experience working with the manufacturing/ production sector is essential
