Our global electronics client is searching for a EHS Manager to lead across multi-sites to ensure expectations are being met. The role will oversee all aspects of health and safety and working across multiple projects to reduce risk and hazards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the EHS Manager to oversee all environmental, health safety and facility strategy and operations across the UK branch.
Responsibilities for the EHS Manager –
  • Evaluating, planning, co-ordinating, and control of environmental, health and safety legislations end-to-end.
  • Ensuring compliance and developing the EHSS strategy, managing and continuously improving the Health and Safety Management system.
  • Acting as primary contact for all environmental, health, safety, and security aspects of the UK site as well as overseeing and supporting the facilities team.
  • Leading the team in driving continuous improvement, process, and control initiatives.
  • Overseeing hazard identification, risk assessment, accident and near miss investigations, fire management and training.
  • Monitoring EHSS legislations and delivering this into the company to ensure compliance and provide safety and security to all employees.
Experience and qualifications for the EHS Manager –
  • Up to date on all EHS Legislations
  • Proven in delivering EHS Strategy and projects
  • NEBOSH and IEMA Certificate level minimal
  • COSH and IOSH preferred
  • Facilities Management experience
  • Experience working with the manufacturing/ production sector is essential
