Key Responsibilities for the Electrical Supervisor:
- Commercial management and reporting to line managers
- Management of day-to-day project delivery on designated projects, including delivery to client requirements, safety, quality, supplier performance and improvement
- Manage and lead M7E field supervisors responsible for designated project
- Manage staff, oversee work schedules, and assign specific duties accordingly
- Communicate closely and provide timely and accurate periodical reports to the Contract Manager defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Adhering to safety and performance standards
- To always promote a positive and professional image of the departments, by adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards
- Previous experience working on healthcare project delivery from a mechanical perspective
- Have strong planning, organization, and monitoring abilities
- Strong mechanical systems background to ensure a full understanding of systems for installation on the designed project
- Previous experience of working on NEC 3-4 contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An enhanced DBS check must be passed due to the client building being visited
- A Full UK Driving License
- Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations
