Role Overview: As a freelance Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our team to produce captivating visuals and videos that align with our brand identity and objectives. From concept development to final execution, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs and videos across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualise and design engaging graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
Capture and edit compelling video content for promotional videos, interviews, tutorials, and other marketing materials.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while exploring innovative ideas and techniques.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web development technologies is desirable but not required.
Note: This is a freelance position (outside of IR35) with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on project needs and performance.
