We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our client’s fantastic team permanently. The IT Support Engineer will be providing a professional service and will be working both in the office and the field. The IT Support Engineer must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Support and a UK Driving License.

Key Responsibilities for the IT Support Engineer:

  • Collaborate with the Helpdesk team and provide insights to improve overall IT Support processes

  • Respond to on-site support calls and effectively log them in the ticketing system.

  • Deliver top-tier customer service and support to end-users

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and service reports.

  • Conduct routine system checks and preventive maintenance tasks on the client’s IT infrastructure

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues on-site, resolving them promptly, and escalating when necessary.

Skills Required for the IT Support Engineer:                              

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT position/Helpdesk environment.

  • Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Networking.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational skills

  • A Full UK Driving License.
