Our client, specialists within the aerospace sector, are looking for an Parts Specialist to join their growing team of experts. The role of the Parts Specialist will be to oversee repair management, dealing with raising orders, quote reviews, processes, and reviewing new suppliers/workshops for collaborations.

What the Parts Specialist will be doing:

  • Responsible for repair management from raising orders, quotes, and the return of parts.

  • Oversee major projects to ensure everything is tracked and goals are met on time.

  • Frequent checks on workshop reports to ensure works quotes are being met with the requirements.

  • Review new suppliers and workshops for new collaborations.

  • Adhering to all company and industry policies, procedures and standards (ISO9001 and ISO27001 for example).

  • Contribute to reviews and development of processes and procedures.

What you can offer to the Parts Specialist role:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Have experience in both purchasing and/or repair management.

  • Know how to estimate costs and use correct aviation terminology.

  • Clean driving license

  • Be highly motivate and go the extra mile.

  • Experience dealing with decision makers and key stakeholders.

Desired skills of the Parts Specialist:

  • Showcase knowledge on spare parts processes

  • Qualification in Aerospace or Aviation.

  • Bilingual.
