Key Responsibilities for the Sales Support Executive
- Provide the first point of contact for sales enquiries.
- Capture detailed notes of client requirements, ensuring they are captured on the CRM and relayed effectively to the Commercial team.
- Maintain the company CRM data
- Compile regular sales reporting capturing current lead pipeline and conversion rates, using the CRM reporting tools.
- Oversee communications between the commercial teams and clients, following up with sales representatives to ensure timely client communication.
- Proactively liaise with leads and prospects with the sales representatives.
- Support the Business Development team with lead generation activities, client follow-ups, and data entry into HubSpot.
- Manage and track sales orders, ensuring timely processing and accurate data entry.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports for prospective clients.
- Handle incoming enquiries, providing product/service information and ensuring prompt responses.
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Proficiency with a CRM system desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in supporting business development and sales operations.
