Key Responsibilities for the Service Desk Team Leader/Service Delivery Manager:
- Assist with technical support within the team, working closely with 1st/2nd line tickets and escalating where needed
- Manage the service desk team
- Progressing tickets, chasing stale ticket chains
- Ensure good communication with both customers and staff
- Meet and exceed SLAs (internal and external)
- Assist with maintaining the relevant documentation across clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills and engagement
- Working in a pressurized environment, handling multiple incoming requests, priorities and requirements.
- Minimum 2 years working within a MSP
- Clear and focused attention to detail
- Experience of working with Network technologies (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Wifi)
- Experience of working with Microsoft technologies (AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, NPS)
- Experience in Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Office 365, Entra)
- You must be within a 45 minute commute from Shoreham-By-Sea.
