Before Clearwater I worked as a recruitment consultant specialising in placing professionals in the Pharma and Biotech space, globally. After building my skillset, I moved on to commercial professionals within CROs and CDMOs. I then took an interest in renewable energy and moved into a role working with market leading businesses, placing professionals looking to contribute towards NetZero.
I joined Clearwater to utilise all my skillsets by creating a A* client portfolio. Work with the best companies around the world and placing the most talented professionals the market has to offer.

The best part of clearwater is the collaborative nature. If one individual succeeds, we all succeed.

 What was your dream job when you were a kid?

As a Kid I wanted to be a professional WWE Wrestler.
The next Jeff Hardy, although now I’m more of a Randy Orton, Roman Reigns and Jey Uso Fan. That’s right, I still watch it.

 What’s your drink of choice?

Cold Brew, Black, Two vanilla Pumps. Bosh.

I’ve always been a basketball kind of guy so if we’re talking NBA:

Rush Hour 2
All 3 films are phenomenal but it’s movie gold.
