Our client, a Security Systems Specialist company, are looking for an Account Manager to join their professional team. The role for the Account Manager will be to support clients with any issues or inquiries and be the first port of call for them.
What the Account Manager will be doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Regular account review meetings.
Work closely with internal teams to allow for seamless transitions from leads and quotes into projects.
Achieve targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records, reports and client information.
What you can offer to the Account Manager role:
Experience within the Security sector.
Good knowledge on security systems.
Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships.
Full UK driving license.
