The HVAC Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their HVAC needs including heat pumps, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities for the HVAC Sales Representative
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions & heat pumps
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts that meet company targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay updated on HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends.
Key Experience for the HVAC Sales Representative
- Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license
