Our client is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Administrator - Part Time working 3 days a week to support in all AP process and responsibilities.

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Administrator - Part Time:
Processing and paying supplier invoices, credit and reject notes, and reporting expenses and advances.
Control transactions for the payment of supplier invoices including reconciliations, scanning and storage.
Expenses forms and advances are processed in line with company policy.
Intercompany accounts are reconciled monthly and supported with associated documentation.
Maintenance of the fixed asset and enhance traceability within the company.
Skills and experience required for the Accounts Payable Administrator - Part Time:
Experienced in MS Office (Excel) and accounting systems
Knowledge of accounting procedures and disciplines
UK Drivers License and Transport
