Our client is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Administrator - Part Time working 3 days a week to support in all AP process and responsibilities.

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Administrator - Part Time:

  • Processing and paying supplier invoices, credit and reject notes, and reporting expenses and advances.

  • Control transactions for the payment of supplier invoices including reconciliations, scanning and storage.

  • Expenses forms and advances are processed in line with company policy.

  • Intercompany accounts are reconciled monthly and supported with associated documentation.

  • Maintenance of the fixed asset and enhance traceability within the company.

Skills and experience required for the Accounts Payable Administrator - Part  Time:

  • Experienced in MS Office (Excel) and accounting systems 

  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and disciplines 

  • AP experience 

  • UK Drivers License and Transport
