We are looking for an Administrator on behalf of our client, a large and well-known retail company. This person will be based on site 5 days per week in their office is Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to grow and develop within a company.
Key Responsibilities for the Administrator:
- Providing administrative support including suppliers communications, attending meetings and ensuring all supplier information is kept up to date
- Building strong relationships with stores across the UK and supporting with the smooth running of the concessions business.
- Assisting with the set up of new concessions including driving sales growth, completing paperwork and arranging deliveries
- Reporting on store and concession performance to ensure business to make decision, track results and support justification to move forward
Key Skills for the Administrator:
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Confident working with numbers
- Analytically minded
- Knowledge of Excel
