Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Brand Project Manager to lead a high-profile Brand Refresh project focused on enhancing our organisation's image and resonance with diverse audiences. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Delivery, the Project Manager will oversee various workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.

Location: Hybrid working model with a mix of remote work and in-person meetings primarily based in Sussex and London.
Timeline: The project is planned for completion in Q3 2024. This will be a 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities for the Brand Project Manager:
- Ensure project progress within schedule and budget constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, including digital, design, and communications.
- Lead the project team and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and partners.
- Uphold governance standards and ensure compliance across all activities.
- Report project progress to key stakeholders in alignment with standards.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure deliverables completion.
- Obtain approval on the updated brand and assets from leadership.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with significant budgets.
- Marketing and Brand Project experience.
- Success in delivering change initiatives involving people, processes, and technology.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Experience working with external suppliers.
- Previous experience in brand refresh projects is highly desirable.
