We require a Business Change Manager to work on a large programme which involves upgrades to existing systems, implementation of new systems and implementation of new processes in the business teams.
There are four separate projects running and you will be involved initially in two of these from the business change perspective which is an update on a student record system and a CRM project too.
Essential skills & experience required:
Previous experience as a Business Change Manager in a hands-on capacity
Excellent change management skills using various methodologies to execute change focusing on people, process and the systems/tools
Demonstrable project management experience where you will have planned and delivered change projects successfully
Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships
Good organisational skills: able to keep track of several tasks on the go, shift priorities, integrate changing information quickly
