A client of ours, a London Borough based in West London, is looking for a Business Continuity Manager. The role of the Business Continuity Manager will be to lead the improvement and on-going maintenance of the business continuity, policy, framework, and planning across all council services
Key Responsibilities for the Business Continuity Manager:
To develop & maintain corporate & departmental Business Continuity Promote a performance management culture.
Responsible for supporting the Head of Emergency
Determine key stakeholders to be considered in the Business Continuity Management Framework and ensure their interests and responsibilities are adequately reflected
Responsible for developing the Business Continuity Framework
Design, deliver and evaluate appropriate Business Continuity training
Responsible for preparing and presenting an annual report
Key Experience for the Business Continuity Manager:
Business Continuity Management Experience
Understand and abide by all policies and procedures
Business Continuity development and implementation
Self-starter and versatile
Interpersonal, influential & have solid presentational skills
Working with key stakeholders and directors
