Responsibilities for the Client Experience Manager
- To own all and deliver forecasted growth of sales within the total of your teams allocated accounts and support the onboarding of new accounts from the Sales Development Team
- Identify new opportunities for growth within your allocated accounts and share with Sales Development team
- Using CRM, own and deploy the use of documenting your teams’ key relationships and account strategy plans
- Accountable for and to provide monthly reports and updates on sales territory performance v’s target to Senior Management team, As well as managing KPIs for the Sales Development team
Key Skills & Experience for the Client Experience Manager
Essential
- Degree within Chemistry or Forensic Science or Direct Industry Experience
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong account management experience
- Experience working with a CRM System
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
