We are seeking a Sales Consultant and Senior Sales Consultant to join our client’s team on a full-time permanent basis. The Sales Consultant will be working 5 days in the office, working within commercial land solutions OR car parking solutions.
The Sales Consultant will be providing excellent customer service and working towards a target.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Consultant:
Identifying and targeting commercial partnerships with land owners or property management companies OR identifying and targeting car park investment opportunities to provide to car park land owners.
Provide a consultative approach, and build relationships through expertise advice on infrastructure solutions OR provide a consultative approach on car park charging solutions.
Attend events and conferences to represent the company brand.
Meet clients over the phone, video calls, and in person, building long-term relationships.
Keep your pipeline organized, using the systems to keep track of your sales.
Be a role model for less experienced members of the team.
Skills Required for the Sales Consultant:
Previous experience working within Commercial Land Solutions or Car Parking Solutions
Previous experience within a sales role or similar
Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with clients
Confident engaging with B2B clients
Driven and ambitious individual with a passion for infrastructure development & commercial sales OR a passion for driving the UK Net Zero agenda through commercial land partnerships.
Confident working with HubSpot CRM or Salesforce or similar
