We are supporting a growing company work recruit a Contracts Administrator on a 6M FTC. This role is basedon site  whilst you are training (1-2 months) then hybrid working will be offered. 

Key Responsibilities for the Contracts Administrator: 
- Working closely with internal teams to provide administrative support on contract related processes 
- Liaising with inbound B2B customers to keep them updated on the status of their contract submission 
- Setting up be customers 
- Arranging/Scheduling engineers to site
- Updating the contract processes
- Setting up contactors 
- Manging the workflow processes

Key Skills for the Contracts Administrator: 
- Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP experience 
- Experience in a commercial setting, ideally working on contracts 
- Strong attention to detail 
- Ability to mange multiple project and tasks accurately at once
- Pervious experience working with high volume workload
