CRM Business Analyst- REMOTE

Are you a BA experienced working in large enterprise transformation projects?

We are looking to hire a CRM Business Analyst on behalf of our client, a large assurance company with a global customer base. This is a fully remote role however, you must be based in the UK with full UK right to work. 

Key Responsibilities of the CRM Business Analyst:
- Working closely with the CRM Project Manager to support with gathering requirements 
- Consolidating current 3 systems down to 1  
- Analysing requirements and understanding how to get to the desired result  
- Working closely with a variety of stakeholders

Key Skills for the CRM Business Analyst:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a large enterprise business working on CRM system consolidation
- Must be sufficiently technically minded to understand the intricacies of systems
- Confident with challenging stakeholders in a professional way 
- Ability to define a tight, clear scope of works required
