Customer Revenue Specialist Wanted!
Our client is seeking a Customer Revenue Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The Customer Revenue Specialist will be working for a rapidly growing company, with the opportunity to develop your career further and wider. The Customer Revenue Specialist must have experience in Customer Service and must be organised, self-motivated and friendly.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Revenue Specialist:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Communication with customers at risk of supply suspension
- Communication with customers moving out to maximise revenue recovery
- Review customer accounts
- Analyse billing and debt data
- Undertake customer account reconciliations
- Review customer information ensuring all contact details are correct
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good organisational, time management and planning skills
- Solid analytical skills
- IT literate, in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to think differently
- Full UK Driving License
- Able to work as a member of a team
- Friendly, positive mindset and forward-thinking
