Are you a confident Customer Service Advisor looking for a new challenge? We are working closely with a growing charity based in the Kent area to help grow their team. This is a hybrid role (after probation) with office visits expected 3 days per week. The role is currently a 12M FTC with a view to go permanent after this time. 

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:
- 50% Phone based and 50% Admin based 
- Updating customer accounts with relevant changes 
- Opening customer accounts 
- Closing customer accounts 
- First point of contact for calls, directing them to the relevant departments 
- Taking an average of 28 calls per day on the phone based days

Key Skills for the Customer Service Advisor: 
- Experience within an office based Customer Service role 
- Ideally from a banking or financial services background 
- Clear communication 
- Excellent telephone manner
