Our client, a fast growing Fire & Security Company, is looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator on a full time permanent basis.
This role is based 5 days on site and is key to the successful running of the company.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator:
- Manage, prioritise and monitor schedules for the field-based engineers
- Provide customers with estimated arrival times and delays
- Managing the customer service email accounts
- Adhering to strict SLA's ensuring they are met
- Various administration tasks
Key Skills of the Customer Service Coordinator:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous scheduling experience would be an advantage
- Adaptable and a fast thinker
- Experience working in a customer focused environment
- Must be used to working in a fast paced and ever changing environment
