We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of one of our clients. This individual will play a crucial part in delivering high levels of customer services to their customers.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Executive:
  • Work extremely closely with new/existing customers
  • Building up and maintaining close relationships with each account
  • Identify key areas of the business where different business strategies can be implemented
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries and coming up with an alternative solution
  • Liaise with other departments to meet the clients needs, concerns and objectives
  • Ad hoc duties of onboarding, escalations and extra levels of support when required
Experience and qualifications required for the Customer Service Executive:
  • Excellent communicational skills both verbal and written
  • High levels of customer service experience
  • Organised, proactive and attentive
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
