Our rapidly growing client within the FMCG sector with looking to hire a Customer Service Manager on a full time permanent basis. 
Please note this is a stand alone role with no team management. 
Due to the nature of the role and requirements you will need to be able to attend site 5 days per week, hybrid options can be discussed further down the line. 

This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking to take a step up into a customer service manager position, there are HUGE growth opportunities within this company and this role. 

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Manager:
- Introductions to existing customers understanding currently challenges and frustrations, building trust and relationships 
- Embedding processes and SLAs into the business ensuring customer service is at the forefront of everything you do. 
- Answering customer queries by both phone and email in a timely manner 
- Attending site visits as and when required (Ad hoc) 

Key Skills for the Customer Service Manager: 
- Must have strong B2B customer journey experience 
- Senior or Team Leader experience in a customer service setting 
- Experience setting up processes/policies 
- Unmatched customer service skills
