Our client, a fast growing tech company is looking to hire a Customer Service Scheduler on a full time permanent basis. Our client in keen on internal progression and now is an exciting time to join the business.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Scheduler:
- Manage, prioritise and monitor schedules for the field-based engineers
- Provide customers with estimated arrival times and delays 
- Managing the customer service email accounts 
- Adhering to strict SLA's ensuring they are met 
- Various administration tasks

Key Skills of the Customer Service Scheduler:
- Excellent written and verbal communication  
- Previous scheduling experience would be an advantage 
- Adaptable and a fast thinker
- Experience working in a customer focused environment
