This role will play a pivotal part into the successful delivery of a new project, whereby this individual will lead, manage and motivate a small team who will be responsible for reaching out to relevant points of contact to cleanse/update relevant customer information.

Responsibilities for the Customer Team Leader:

  • Ability to build strong relationships and engage with customers over the phone

  • Maintaining close relationships with each account/customer to ensure full customer satisfaction

  • Making sure that all daily targets are achieved whilst constantly monitoring the company CRM system

  • Confidently update database and cross reference customer information on an Excel Spreadsheet effectively

  • Responsible for onboarding, monthly performance reviews, sickness & absence

Experience and qualifications required for the Customer Team Leader:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience

  • Delivering high levels of customer service

  • Outbound call experience

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

  • Confident knowledge of Excel
