This role will play a pivotal part into the successful delivery of a new project, whereby this individual will lead, manage and motivate a small team who will be responsible for reaching out to relevant points of contact to cleanse/update relevant customer information.
Responsibilities for the Customer Team Leader:
Ability to build strong relationships and engage with customers over the phone
Maintaining close relationships with each account/customer to ensure full customer satisfaction
Making sure that all daily targets are achieved whilst constantly monitoring the company CRM system
Confidently update database and cross reference customer information on an Excel Spreadsheet effectively
Responsible for onboarding, monthly performance reviews, sickness & absence
Experience and qualifications required for the Customer Team Leader:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience
Delivering high levels of customer service
Outbound call experience
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Confident knowledge of Excel
