We have an exciting opportunity with a boutique company within the travel industry for a Digital Marketing Manager. You will be s skilled and motivated Digital Marketer as you will be stepping into newly formed role within a dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a web search result-driven strategy to boost online enquiries and sales across our diverse portfolio of brands. This role involves working collaboratively with designers, marketing staff, content creators, managers, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Conduct technical SEO website analysis and reporting.

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns.

  • Perform keyword research to identify opportunities.

  • Report on performance metrics and deliver insights to stakeholders.

  • Execute link building strategies and analyse backlinks.

  • Develop and implement content marketing plans both on-site and off-site.

  • Focus on Search Engine Marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO.

  • Utilize Google Tools, SEM Rush, and other industry SEO tools for continuous improvement.

  • Analyse website usability and page performance, providing recommendations for enhancements.

  • Regularly report progress and performance to key stakeholders.

  • Identify and recommend new digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Proven track record in digital marketing.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Search Console (GA4).

  • Strong PPC experience.

  • Skilled in keyword research using professional tools.

  • Expertise in keyword optimization.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Good project management skills.

  • Experience in editing webpages within a CMS.

Advantageous Skills & Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Proficiency in SEM Rush.

  • Experience with backlink analysis and link building.

  • Knowledge of social media marketing/PR.

  • Experience in the travel industry.

  • Ability to manage multiple brands and marketing plans simultaneously.

  • Experience in selecting, briefing, managing, and assessing third-party agencies.
