We are working with a well known sporting organisation based in Beckenham to support with the hire of a Facilities Manager on a full time permanent basis. This role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This role is imperative to the smooth running of the day.

Key Responsibilities for the Facilities Manager: 
- Liaising with a number of different people including external suppliers and internal management 
- Day to day supervision of cleaning staff, maintenance staff and catering staff
- Daily site walk rounds to ensure everything meets with H&S Standards, if not, reporting the issues to the relevant staff member
- Ensure all visitors are receiving the best possible experience providing them with excellent customer service 
- Oversee the day to day presentation 
- Upholding the policies, procedures and H&S 

Key Skills for the Facilities Manager: 
Experienced Facilities Manager working within a large multi-use venue 
- An exceptional understanding of H&S and Environmental Health legislation 
- Unmatched attention to detail 
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self motivated with a positive attitude
