Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Finance Manager will be working on a hybrid/remote basis, managing the day-to-day financial operations within the company. The Finance Manager must have proven experience in a Finance role or similar and have an accounting-related degree or accounting qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA.
Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company including billing, AP invoicing and more
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial results and management accounting
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Responsible for oversight of all financial activities for various lines of business
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
- Maintaining good visibility and control of working capital
- Ensure risks are identified, controlled and managed
- Identify improvements to current processes and apply/implement them
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial process for the company
- Solid understanding of financial statement risks and assertions including financial systems
- Experience in reviewing and analysing financial information and designing assurance procedures
- Good technical knowledge of IFRS
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role within a fast-paced business environment or within large, complex organisations is essential
- External audit experience
- Accounting-related degree or accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Experience in finance and account: 7 - 10 years
