Are you a Recruitment Specialist looking for your next adventure? Well, our client a subscriber-focussed company is looking for a Recruitment Manager for maternity cover over the next 18-months to help manage the recruitment team and provide support on the development and evolution on all recruitment fronts.
This role is an 18-month FTC.
Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager:
Support and direct the strategic function of their recruitment.
Manage own vacancies and hit your given targets.
Mentor and manage other recruiters within the team.
Help develop and enhance the early careers projects.
Work closely with key Stakeholders and the wider business for the progression and of the talent/recruitment system.
Key Experience for the Recruitment Manager:
Extensive recruitment experience at a senior level
Management experience
Early careers development
Stakeholder management
Accomplished, personable, and prompt.
