We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Manager to join our client’s newly formed Business Development team with the opportunity to recruit a team which you will line manage.

As the Growth Manager you will build and lead a growth plan, which aims to increase and accelerate the growth of business with their corporate client base including FTSE100 clients. This is a strategic, relationship building Growth role which

The Growth Manager will be a hybrid worker with 2 days onsite in their Central London location but this is flexible with client meetings, events and conference attendances.

Key Responsibilities for the Growth Manager:

  • Develop and implement a robust growth plan your business sector

  • Establish and nurture a collaborative, high-performance sales and referral culture within the new Business Development team.

  • Work with internal teams to understand the organisation’s products

  • Drive fee income growth for corporate products, advising on fee development and program structure.

  • Enhance our reputation by attending events, delivering presentations, and conducting high-level meetings.

  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on close collaboration with the client team and subject matter experts (SMEs).

  • Assist the Corporate Client Team in identifying and pursuing new prospects in key industries.

  • Implement an introducer engagement plan to increase referrals from corporate intermediaries.

  • Set standards for high-quality pitches and presentations.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Corporate Client Teams to optimise campaign deployment and lead generation strategies.

Requirements of the Growth Manager:

  • Proven experience in a senior business development role.

  • Strong track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams.

  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to implement growth plans effectively.

Creating and nurturing high-level relationships with large, well-known brands will be crucial in this role. You will need to be an ambitious individual with a passion for leveraging your skills to drive high-level impact and possess significant experience in business development with a track record of building successful teams.
