The interim position will revolve around reviewing, strategising and implementing recruitment and retention processes through an upcoming talent drive.
The Head of Resourcing will have the following responsibilities;
- Realigning recruitment processes.
- Driving employer brand through marketing channels.
- Building talent social media presence.
- Implementing new go to market
- Collaboration with current Talent function
The Head of Resourcing will have the following skillset/experience;
- Experienced in driving transformational recruitment change
- Clear project led talent strategies
- Internal recruitment experience across a number of workstreams
- Charity experience desirable
