Key responsibilities for the Hotel Receptionist:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations, including greeting and assisting clients and visitors.

  • Monitor phone calls, distribute messages, and handle enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Ensuring the front office department operates within the brand standard guidelines. 

  • Making sure the reception area is kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times

Key skills for the Hotel Receptionist:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills 

  • Knowledge of the system Opera is preferred 

  • Experienced receptionist ideally within Hotel or Hospitality
